
1)Don’t consider it as your loss,….see it as their loss.
2)Accept the fact that you have no control over some outcomes.

5)Release negative thoughts. Avoid letting negative thoughts control your worldview. An excellent way to expel negative thought is to meditate ;breath deeply and let your mind go off by focusing on other things.

7)If you may need to work on yourself,do it. Examine the past relationship;the cause of breakup. By doing this,you’ll grow as a better person and find the right relationship later down the line.
8)Think positively about yourself. Think about your strengths and feel proud of them. Also do things that make you feel good. It expels the pain faster.
9)Talk to someone; a confidant. Let him know how you feel and be open to correction.
10) Be positive always. Believe nature is love and love will find you soon.
